Up The River

14 sailboats and 1 powerboat (guess who), traveled up the Genesee to Turning Point Basin for the annual Up The River Cruise. The wind was from the north and the current from the south, so it was difficult deciding if the anchors should be up or down river. The wind won out, and the 15 boats rafted and the party started. Everybody had a great time sampling the different snacks and drinks. The anchors appeared to drag a bit as we kept getting closer and closer to the new walkway trail. Finally the skippers decided to call it a day and race to the bridge.
